3 Moderate trails and 1 strenuous trail. NOTE: On April 16, 2010, the park's War Eagle Cave on the War Eagle Trail closed. This temporary emergency closure was necessary to protect this cave from the possibility of contamination from the White-nose Syndrome, a fungus that has killed millions of hibernating bats in the eastern half of the United States.
Withrow Springs State Park is five miles north of Huntsville on Ark. 23; or 20 miles south of Eureka Springs on Ark. 23.
